2016年9月21日に、Percona Server 5.7.14-8がリリースされました。同製品は、Percona Server 5.7のGeneral Availability版（一般公開版）の最新バージョンとなります。
Bugs Fixed（バグの修正） *Limiting ld_preload libraries to be loaded from specific directories in mysqld_safe didn’t work correctly for relative paths. Bug fixed #1624247. mysqld_safeで特定のディレクトリからロードされるld_preloadライブラリを制限することで、相対パスで正しく動作しない問題を修正しました。（#1624247） *Fixed possible privilege escalation that could be used when running REPAIR TABLE on a MyISAM table. Bug fixed #1624397. MyISAMテーブル上でREPAIR TABLEが実行されている時に権限昇格が使われるように修正しました。（#1624397） *The general query log and slow query log cannot be written to files ending in .ini and .cnf anymore. Bug fixed #1624400. 一般クエリログやスロークエリログが、拡張子が「.ini」や「.cnf」であるファイルに書き込まれないよう修正しました。（#1624400） *Implemented restrictions on symlinked files (error_log, pid_file) that can’t be used with mysqld_safe.
